These terms govern use of listiee.com. They govern Listiee’s website only and are separate from AlfredCamera’s Terms of Service and the terms of Apple, Google or any other external provider.
1. Informational and advertising content
Listiee provides general product information and sponsored/advertorial content for a Canadian audience. The website may contain commercial links to third-party services.
2. No affiliation with the app provider
Listiee does not develop, own or operate AlfredCamera. AlfredCamera is operated by Alfred Systems Inc. References to AlfredCamera are for product-information purposes. No statement on this website should be read as an endorsement by Alfred Systems Inc., Apple or Google.
3. Product information
We aim to summarise published product information accurately. Software features, compatibility, download figures, ratings, subscriptions, prices and availability can change. Current information published by AlfredCamera and the relevant Canadian app-store listing takes priority over this guide.
4. Installation and monitoring use
You are responsible for checking device compatibility, app-store requirements, permissions, subscription terms and whether your intended monitoring use is lawful and appropriate. Camera use can affect the privacy of household members, visitors, employees or others. You are responsible for complying with applicable federal, provincial and local privacy, employment, surveillance and other laws.
5. External, affiliate and sponsored links
When you follow an external link, you leave Listiee. Some links may be sponsored, affiliate, referral or campaign-tracked links, and Listiee may receive compensation for a qualifying click, install, lead, subscription or other action. The Listiee design and original website text are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party product names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this website transfers rights in third-party marks.

You must not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that materially disrupts service, or use the site for unlawful activity.
8. Availability and liability
We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every item of third-party product information will remain current. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to mandatory law, Listiee is not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, app-store decisions, device incompatibility or your use of an external product.

10. Operator and registration information
The Legal Notice contains designated fields for the operator’s legal entity name, registration jurisdiction, corporation/registration number, registered or business address, Business Number (BN), and GST/HST registration number where applicable. Fields marked as pending confirmation are not represented as verified business particulars.
