Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026
This notice explains how Listiee handles personal information connected with listiee.com. It applies to this website only. AlfredCamera, Apple, Google and other external services have their own privacy practices.
1. Privacy framework
Depending on the circumstances, Canadian private-sector privacy requirements may include the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and/or applicable provincial privacy legislation. Listiee aims to follow the principles of accountability, identified purposes, appropriate consent, limiting collection, safeguards, access and correction where they apply.
2. Information we may process
| Website access information | Standard hosting and security logs may include IP address, date/time, requested URL, browser/user-agent information and technical diagnostics. |
|---|---|
| Privacy choice | Your optional-tracking choice is stored locally in your browser so the site can remember it. |
| Advertising click identifier | If you choose “Accept optional tracking”, an incoming click identifier may be sent to our thank-you endpoint and stored with a timestamp and the selected app store for measurement. |
| Messages you send | Information you voluntarily send to [email protected] or [email protected]. |
3. Purposes
We use information to operate and secure the website, respond to enquiries, remember privacy choices, diagnose technical problems, prevent abuse and, where you have chosen optional tracking, measure advertising traffic and app-store transitions.
4. Consent and choices
Optional advertising measurement is disabled until you select “Accept optional tracking”. You can choose “Reject optional tracking” and still use the website and open the app-store links. You can reopen the privacy choices from the footer and change your selection.
5. Click-ID retention
When optional tracking is accepted, the application-level click record is designed to contain the timestamp, advertising click identifier and selected store. The current server-side retention target is up to 90 days, after which older records are removed during housekeeping. Hosting providers may maintain separate security or access logs under their own retention schedules.
6. Disclosure and service providers
We may use hosting, infrastructure or security providers to operate this website. Information may be processed by those providers only as needed to provide the relevant service, subject to their contractual and legal obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the website and users against fraud, abuse or security threats.
7. External services
When you leave Listiee for the App Store, Google Play, AlfredCamera or another external service, that provider controls its own processing. AlfredCamera states that its service is operated by Alfred Systems Inc.; review its current Privacy Policy before using the app.
8. International processing
Our service providers or external destinations may process information outside your province or outside Canada. Personal information processed in another jurisdiction may be subject to the laws and lawful-access requirements of that jurisdiction.
9. Access, correction and withdrawal of consent
Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification, you may ask about personal information under our control, request access or correction, or withdraw consent for optional processing. Contact [email protected]. Some information may need to be retained where required by law, security needs or legitimate record-keeping obligations.
10. Complaints
Please contact us first so we can review the issue. Where PIPEDA applies, you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Depending on your province and the issue, a provincial privacy regulator may instead or additionally have jurisdiction.
11. Children
This website is intended for a general adult audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Do not submit sensitive information about a child through our contact addresses.
12. Changes
We may update this notice when our practices, service providers or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
